North Wales Police say the death of an elderly woman in Llandudno, Conwy, is no longer being treated as suspicious.
Officers were called to the Craig-y-Don area of the town on Wednesday morning, after the body of the woman was found.
The woman, who has not yet been named, was discovered at a flat on Morley Road.
However, detectives said that a post-mortem examination had ruled out foul play.
Det Chief Insp Steve Williams said a full forensic recovery was carried out at the scene and that police were very grateful for the response they received from the neighbouring community.
He added: "A neighbourhood policing team will visit the area to provide reassurance messages to all the residents."
