Fatal Berkshire house fire woman identified

A woman who died in a Berkshire house fire has been formally identified.

Saimah Ali, 23, is thought to have been attending a family gathering when the fire started at the property in Moor Lane, Maidenhead, on Friday.

A man, who was arrested at Birmingham Airport on Wednesday, and a woman, both aged 19, remain in custody on suspicion of murder.

Two other people, aged 16 and 19, who were held on suspicion of murder on Monday have been bailed.

A post-mortem examination found Ms Ali died from the effects of breathing in smoke.
