Alistair Darling: 'No wonder' Standard Life concerned

The head of the Better Together campaign, Alistair Darling, has said it is "no wonder" companies like Standard Life are concerned about uncertainties surrounding Scottish independence.

Standard Life has announced that it may move operations outside Scotland in the event of independence.

The company said it was putting the contingency plan in place because of uncertainty over issues like currency.

Mr Darling said an independent Scotland would put jobs at risk.
