Thousands mourn Ghana's president John Atta Mills
Thousands of mourners have gathered in Ghana's capital Accra for the funeral of President John Atta Mills, who died suddenly in July.
US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as well as some 18 African heads of state are attending the funeral.
