Hillary Clinton testifies to Congress over Benghazi attack

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is to testify to Congress over the deadly attack on a US mission in Benghazi, Libya, on 11 September 2012 which left ambassador Chris Stevens and three other American diplomatic staff dead.
