Hidden cameras snap rare animals in Kenya

Aders’ duiker, a critically endangered forest antelope

This is one of Africa’s most endangered forest antelope called the Aders’ duiker, snapped by hidden cameras in a forest in northern Kenya.

Scientists laid 52 camera-traps which take photos when an animal walks past. Check out this family of yellow baboons!

The forest is under threat from being chopped down. Animal experts want it protected to save all the animals including big cats like this caracal.

The scientists snapped loads of different animals including lions, leopards and this crested porcupine.

The team from the Zoological Society of London also caught some hyenas strolling past. They reckon they could even find animals that have never been seen before!
