Premier League £3bn for 'playing talent'

The man at the top of the Premier League, Richard Scudamore, says most of the Premier League's £3billion will go on "playing talent".

In other words - expensive players!

That could mean lower league clubs suffer as the gap between them and the Premier League gets bigger.
