Coconut toothpaste could be much better for your teeth than traditional mint flavours, scientists have claimed.
Researchers have discovered that coconut oil is much more effective at killing a harmful bacteria called 'streptococcus', that make your teeth rot.
A team from Warwick University say coconut oil could be a good natural alternative to mint toothpastes which can contain lots of chemicals.
It's thought that tooth decay affects more than six out of 10 children in the UK.
