What do animals get up to when we're not looking? Photographer Thomas Subtil thinks they may lead secret lives that humans don't know about.
There's no need for a tumble dryer in the savannah - giraffes dry their smalls on a washing line! Thomas says his creative snaps show the 'real life of African wild animals'.
Were these zebra really queuing for the toilet? The unusual snaps were made from photographs Thomas took whilst visiting Kenya. He later edited them to make them a little more unusual.
Thomas calls the collection of snaps 'Hakuna Matata' - a Swahili phrase which means 'no worries'. This elephant certainly seems like he hasn't a worry in the world.
In a scene resembling The Lion King, these animals are making a wildlife pyramid. We've never seen animals do this before... perhaps they only do it when nobody is around?
