Mexican pinatas: Find out about this colourful Christmas tradition
In Mexico, people are getting ready for festive season by making Christmas piñatas.
Piñatas are made from clay shells or cardboard covered with paper cones stuck on with glue. They are then filled with treats and sealed shut.
At special gatherings called Posadas, the piñatas are beaten with a stick until they break so that the treats fall down for people to enjoy.
