Snow in the UK: It's spring...but the snow is back!

Daffodils are traditionally a sign of spring but here they're covered in snow.
It might be spring but in parts of the UK it's been... snowing!
The Met Office issued a yellow severe weather warning for parts of northern England and southern Scotland.
Temperatures went below freezing overnight and it's expected to stay pretty cold for most of today.
This isn't what you'd expect in spring!
