Egg-citement as animals get Easter treats

These bearded lizards at Paignton Zoo had their usual treats jazzed up with some Easter decorations. We thoroughly approve of this guy's technique - licking out all the good stuff. Yum yum!

This coati is working hard to get its meal out of this pretend egg, which has been hung from a tree at London Zoo.

Meanwhile elsewhere at the zoo, these penguins had a seasonal surprise too - their fish dinner was presented in an Easter basket. The treat had them SCRAMBLING to get involved!

This squirrel monkey has found its Easter egg and doesn't look like it's up for sharing.

Gretel the armadillo was named the winner of the Easter egg hunt at Drusillas Park. Check out the golden egg she found. It was smeared in her favourite - raw egg and mealworms!
