She may have won league titles and played in a World Cup semi-final but for Millie Bright, the coronavirus lockdown has been one of the biggest challenges of her life so far.

She's given Newsround the lowdown on what it's like to be a professional footballer in lockdown.

Bright, who plays for Women's Super League side Chelsea, has played 33 times for England.
