Torrential rain brings devastating floods to parts of Africa

Millions of people have been affected by floods in sub-Saharan Africa; in Senegal a year's worth of rain fell in just 24 hours. Meanwhile, Burkina Faso has declared a state of national catastrophe following recent torrential rain.
